There is a love-hate relationship that comes with being busy. At the end of the day, however, the strain of balancing so many involvements, internships, and responsibilities is outweighed by the incredible people I meet, and the support system and motivators these new friends become. My experiences have solidified my belief that business is people, and thus to have a successful business, you must focus on people first.
